August 6th 1825, a new "República"; Free and Democrátic came to be. It's constitution ratified where discrimination of race and creed is not to be tolerated; The liberators of the time: "Simón Bolivar" and "José Antonio de Sucre", sign a proclamation of Independence at "La Casa de Libertad de la Villa de La Plata", in present day "Ciudad de Sucre".
